These inserts in combination with the holder pads (sold separately!) can be used for medium to very heavy flow! You can easily customize the absorbency of your pad by sliding up to 3 inserts (winged or straight) under the rick rack. The winged inserts provide some extra coverage in the center of the pad. The holder pad itself can be used for medium to heavy flow. By adding inserts you can increase the absorbency. Each insert is made with 3 layers of absorbent, super soft cotton flannel.

Make your pad last all day by simply exchanging the insert whenever you need to refresh!
